How do I register my child for a program?
Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.
Registration is typically open December through the beginning of March.
Does my child need experience?
No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.
How often do you practice?
Coaches will schedule two practices a week. Some may only choose to do one practice with the 2nd practice as a makeup for rain days. Others may choose to do both practices in the event that players may only be able to make one practice weekly.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fees cover the cost of field usage fees, umpire pay, field liner pay, player insurance fees, game equipment, field equipment, umpire equipment, pitching machines, gas & generators, equipment maintenance, tournament medals, season trophies, and more.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Registration fees may be refunded (fully or partially) only up to the first practice, only if requested, and at the discretion of the Board or if medically necessary up to the first game of the season.
How can I contact the organization with questions?

How do I know if practice or games are cancelled?
Practices/games will be cancelled by the organization. You will be notified by your coach, on our facebook page, or via email if practices/games are cancelled
What equipment is required?
Required equipment varies by sport and program. Any mandatory items will be listed on the program page or shared by coaches prior to the first practice.
Are volunteers or coaches needed?
Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.
How will I receive updates and announcements?
All updates are sent via email and posted on the website. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.
Are games played on holidays?
Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.
How are coaches trained or screened?
Coaches may be required to complete background checks and training based on organization policies and sport requirements.
What is the organization's code of conduct?
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
